Once you have sent your RSVP, book your room straight away. The group rates expire September 8, and rooms at these prices go first come, first served.
Rates apply for three days before and three days after the reunion, so you can make a long weekend of it. All reservations are made per individual, directly with the hotel, and each hotel's own policies apply.

Call the hotel before booking elsewhere. Blocks sometimes have rooms released back into them, and the hotels have occasionally extended the deadline. It is worth a phone call.
